Do I need a contract?

No. We offer flexible, no-contract lawn care services. Recurring services may automatically renew each season unless canceled.

How often should my lawn be serviced?

Most clients choose:

• Weekly service during peak growing season
• Bi-weekly service for slower growth periods

We can recommend a schedule based on your property.

What happens if it rains?

Weather delays happen occasionally. We adjust routes and return as soon as conditions safely allow.

Can I skip a service?

Yes. We simply ask for at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled service.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to the property and gates are unlocked, service can be completed without you present.

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Please:

• Remove toys and debris
• Pick up pet waste
• Unlock gates
• Secure pets indoors

This helps us provide the best service possible.

What if my grass is overgrown?

Overgrown lawns may require additional labor and equipment, resulting in an overgrowth fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We may accept:

• Cash
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Digital payment apps

Will photos or videos be taken of my property?

Sometimes. We may take before-and-after photos or videos of completed work for documentation, insurance purposes, operational records, and marketing content.

Clients may request that their property not be used for promotional or marketing purposes before service begins. However, ProCare Lawn Solutions reserves the right to take and retain photos/videos for:

• Insurance documentation
• Service verification
• Damage documentation
• Safety records
• Legal and operational protection

All photos and videos captured by ProCare Lawn Solutions remain the property of ProCare Lawn Solutions.

What if I have pets?

Pets should remain secured indoors or safely contained during service for everyone’s safety.

How much should I water my lawn?

Most lawns require approximately 1 inch of water per week to maintain healthy growth and color.

Do you service commercial properties?

Yes. We provide both residential and commercial lawn care services.
